Heat treatment

quenching and tempering, normalizing, stress relief annealing softening, austenitizing annealing, annealing according to the thermal curve

Complete machining of castings

We manage of all conventional casting machining technologies. At customer's request, we perform casting machining – roughing, turning, milling, drilling, grinding. Depending on customer requirements, we also offer co-operation with other machining factories.

Surface treatment of castings

We offer the following operations in the casting production:

Shot blasting, dyeing, varnishing, hot dip galvanizing, priming, phosphating, brightening, anodizing, polishing

Checking the quality of each process by independent control is a matter of course.

Expedition of castings

We provide transportation of castings in packages according to the customer's specification, we use wooden boxes or plastic pallets, gitterboxes, including the required accompanying documentation. We ship the goods according to Incoterms 2017 (FCA, DAP or EXW .)
